PACAP/VIP 受體家族屬于 B 類 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體(GPCR),包含 PAC1R (PAC1)、 VPAC1R (VPAC1) 和 VPAC2R (VPAC2) 三個(gè)亞型,共同響應(yīng)神經(jīng)肽 PACAP(垂體腺苷酸 環(huán)化酶激活肽)和 VIP(血管活性腸肽)的調(diào)控,通過激活 Gs/cAMP-PKA 核心信號(hào)軸 (部分亞型偶聯(lián) Gq/PLC)廣泛協(xié)調(diào)神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌、代謝穩(wěn)態(tài)與免疫調(diào)節(jié)。 |
